About Prosperity Recovery Services

Prosperity Recovery Services helps former homeowners, heirs, and rightful claimants recover surplus funds that resulted from foreclosure and tax-sale auctions. We were built around a simple belief: when public records show that money is owed to a person, that person deserves a clear, honest path to claiming it.

What we do

We search public records, identify surplus funds tied to a foreclosed or tax-sold property, confirm who is legally entitled to claim them, and handle the filing, paperwork, and follow-up required to release the money to the rightful party. We work in all 50 states and adapt to each state's specific rules and deadlines.

How we're different

We don't ask for upfront fees. We don't ask for sensitive personal information through a web form. We don't pressure anyone into signing anything. Our entire fee comes out of the recovered funds — meaning if there's no recovery, there's no charge to you.

What we are not

Prosperity Recovery Services is not a law firm. We don't give legal advice. When a state requires a court filing, we work with licensed attorneys in that state to handle that step. We will always be transparent about what we're doing on your behalf and which professionals are involved.
